To start with the positives, the hotel does provide basic amenities that a business traveler would appreciate, such as a 24-hour reception and laundry services. The work desk in my room was functional, and the Wi-Fi was reliable for most of the day, which helped during long working hours from 7:00 to 20:00. I did encounter some notable issues. The jacuzzi, which is marketed as an indoor facility, was actually outdoors and in poor condition—definitely not the relaxing spot I had hoped for. The breakfast options were decent, but both bacon and eggs were served cold, which was disappointing for early morning fuel. While Comfort Inn offers some essentials for business travelers, it certainly needs updates in cleanliness and maintenance to truly be a stress-free haven. If you prioritize tech and modern comforts, you might want to explore other options.
